Oh he's absolutely adorable. Lovable, thorough, empathic, communicative and great fun. I love to think of him zipping around on his scooter in his pink scarf :)

I had an appointment with Peter Greenhouse today at the Weston Super Mare hospital WISH clinic. He was so kind, sympathetic, knowledgeable and caring giving me his time and attention and really listening to me. This experience was truly representative of the NHS at its best. Thank you so much to Peter but also thank you that we still have the WISH clinic facility. I hope it will continue to be fully funded, it does such valuable important work. Thank you again.

Suffered for 2 years with multiple visits to my own gp. I felt I was being ignored until I met peter. He has helped me more in the last few weeks than my entire illness has lasted

Peter Greenhouse is an amazing man. A whole lifetime of being miss diagnosed with so many medical issues, starting when I was just a child having hormonal problems, my mother taking me to GP's they referred my to psychologists and at the age of 16 given a medical report to say I had a fascination with dying.... Only when due on my periods the pain was soul destroying. Then in my early 20's a gp tried to tell me I had bipolar or a mental instability. I spent nearly 10years going through all of the anti depressants you could think of. Not one of them had any real effect, to the point I would STOP all the medication on one day and still be exactly the same. Now I am mid 30's had 3 laparoscopy. I have polycystic ovaries with an extremely high testosterone level, endometriosis and pmmdd. I couldn't imagine not being able to see Mr Greenhouse, with all these medical issues millions of questions and to have hope for the future, however dull it seems right now. GPs do not know enough about endometriosis and other hormone problems, Pete Greenhouse is an asset the the NHS why aren't they using him and his knowledge and genuine care? Look at the government's own statistics of women with these issues, the look at the government's statistics for diabetes it's the same ... Then look at the government's statistics and the government's funding for us to be able to see someone like Me Greenhouse. If they keep making their extreme cuts it won't even be possible for ladies like myself to finally get the correct diagnosis.

I really cannot thank this man enough. Constant visits to my GP to be told I had IBS, I just knew it wasn't. I felt like giving up and just living with the pain but a nurse at the WISH clinic advised me to book an appointment with mr greenhouse. The most caring, considerate, person who really takes the time to listen. 1 laparoscopy later and endomitriosis confirmed! He was correct, of course he was! When everybody else doubted me he didn't, and I'm forever thankful I am now not in agonising pain! I also recommended him to another friend in the same situation and she's just had her lap and same thing confirmed! He's a genius!
